IK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 84 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IK-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-4, GGA1, and DESI1. Each is linked with IK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IK-to-partner and partner-to-IK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP10-4 grouped by IK-low versus IK-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IK→partner) and Y-score (partner→IK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
