IGSF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGSF8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGSF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, mTOR_pS2448, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with IGSF8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF8-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by IGSF8-low versus IGSF8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
