Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGSF22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,191 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGSF22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN8, SORBS1, and DOCK11. Each is linked with IGSF22 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF22-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF22 results are reported.
