Across TCGA cell cohorts, IGSF22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,935 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGSF22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of autophagy, Golgi vesicle transport, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with IGSF22 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF22-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF22 results are reported.
