Across TCGA cell cohorts, IGSF22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 213 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGSF22-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTOP1, C1QBP, and SSTR4. Each is linked with IGSF22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF22-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF22 results are reported.
