IGSF21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGSF21 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGSF21-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with IGSF21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF21-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by IGSF21-low versus IGSF21-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGSF21→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGSF21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
