The most reproducible IGSF21-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of fibrinolysis, Chromosomal 5-methylcytosine DNA demethylation pathway, and Regulation of plasminogen activation. Each is linked with IGSF21 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF21-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF21 results are reported.
