IGSF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGSF11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGSF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, eIF4E, and PCNA. Each is linked with IGSF11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF11-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFRC grouped by IGSF11-low versus IGSF11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGSF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGSF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
