IGSF10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IGSF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,686 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGSF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, LYG1, and ACBD5. Each is linked with IGSF10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF10-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACER1 grouped by IGSF10-low versus IGSF10-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGSF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGSF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
