Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLVVI-25-1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGLVVI-25-1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher IGLVVI-25-1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLVVI-25-1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and LUAD show a favorable association.

ESCA, BLCA, and STAD are the cancer types where IGLVVI-25-1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
