Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLVVI-22-1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGLVVI-22-1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher IGLVVI-22-1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLVVI-22-1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, TGCT, and LUSC are the cancer types where IGLVVI-22-1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
