Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLVI-63 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGLVI-63 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IGLVI-63 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLVI-63 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and SKCM show a favorable association.

HNSC, UVM, and STAD are the cancer types where IGLVI-63 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
