Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLV6-57 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGLV6-57 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher IGLV6-57 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLV6-57 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD are the cancer types where IGLV6-57 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
