Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLV5-48 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGLV5-48 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGLV5-48 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLV5-48 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and LIHC are the cancer types where IGLV5-48 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
