Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLV3-27 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGLV3-27 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGLV3-27 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLV3-27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and LUAD are the cancer types where IGLV3-27 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
