Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLV3-27 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGLV3-27 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGLV3-27 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLV3-27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and GBM show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where IGLV3-27 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
