Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLV3-13 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGLV3-13 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IGLV3-13 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLV3-13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCEC show a favorable association.

HNSC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where IGLV3-13 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
