Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLV2-33 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGLV2-33 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher IGLV2-33 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLV2-33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where IGLV2-33 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
