Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLV2-11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGLV2-11 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGLV2-11 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLV2-11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where IGLV2-11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
