Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLV2-11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,048 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLV2-11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HCLS1, MZB1, and WAS. Each is linked with IGLV2-11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLV2-11-to-partner and partner-to-IGLV2-11 results are reported.
