IGLL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLL5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Cyclin-B1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with IGLL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLL5-to-partner and partner-to-IGLL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by IGLL5-low versus IGLL5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGLL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGLL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
