Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLL3P Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGLL3P data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher IGLL3P Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLL3P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
MESO are the cancer types where IGLL3P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
