Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGLL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-delta_pS664, FoxM1, and Ku80. Each is linked with IGLL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLL1-to-partner and partner-to-IGLL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PKC-delta_pS664 grouped by IGLL1-low versus IGLL1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGLL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGLL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
