Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLJ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,004 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLJ1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Alpha-beta T cell activation, and B cell activation. Each is linked with IGLJ1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLJ1-to-partner and partner-to-IGLJ1 results are reported.
