Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLC7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGLC7 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGLC7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLC7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and ESCA are the cancer types where IGLC7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
