Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,863 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLC5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of leukocyte apoptotic process, and B cell mediated immunity. Each is linked with IGLC5 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLC5-to-partner and partner-to-IGLC5 results are reported.
