Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,785 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLC4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antibacterial humoral response, and Immunoglobulin production. Each is linked with IGLC4 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLC4-to-partner and partner-to-IGLC4 results are reported.
