Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGLC3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGLC3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher IGLC3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGLC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
KICH, DLBC, and SKCM are the cancer types where IGLC3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
