Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV5-2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGKV5-2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher IGKV5-2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV5-2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, GBM, and PRAD are the cancer types where IGKV5-2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
