Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV3OR2-5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGKV3OR2-5 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher IGKV3OR2-5 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV3OR2-5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and OV show a favorable association.
HNSC, OV, and BLCA are the cancer types where IGKV3OR2-5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
