Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV3-15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGKV3-15 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher IGKV3-15 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV3-15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC and HNSC are the cancer types where IGKV3-15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
