Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKV2-36 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IGKV2-36 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher IGKV2-36 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKV2-36 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ESCA, READ, and DLBC are the cancer types where IGKV2-36 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
