The most reproducible IGKJ5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MZB1, ARHGAP45, and WAS. Each is linked with IGKJ5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKJ5-to-partner and partner-to-IGKJ5 results are reported.
