Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGKC mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGKC data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGKC mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGKC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, HNSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where IGKC mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
