Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGKC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,005 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGKC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD48, DOCK2, and GPSM3. Each is linked with IGKC in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKC-to-partner and partner-to-IGKC results are reported.
