The most reproducible IGKC-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRF4, IGKJ4, and IGHG1. Each is linked with IGKC in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGKC-to-partner and partner-to-IGKC results are reported.
