Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHV7-81 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGHV7-81 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher IGHV7-81 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV7-81 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD are the cancer types where IGHV7-81 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
