Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV6-1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,700 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGHV6-1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are A1BG, IGHA1, and IGHG1. Each is linked with IGHV6-1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV6-1-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV6-1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV6-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV6-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
