The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher IGHV4-55 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV4-55 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, LGG, and LUSC are the cancer types where IGHV4-55 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
