Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV4-28 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 620 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGHV4-28-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED28P4, RAD17, and DIS3L. Each is linked with IGHV4-28 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV4-28-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV4-28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV4-28→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV4-28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
