Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHV3OR15-7 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGHV3OR15-7 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher IGHV3OR15-7 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV3OR15-7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and HNSC show a favorable association.

COAD, UCEC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where IGHV3OR15-7 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
