Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHV3-75 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGHV3-75 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher IGHV3-75 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV3-75 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where IGHV3-75 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
