The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGHV3-74 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV3-74 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where IGHV3-74 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
