Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHV3-73 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGHV3-73 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGHV3-73 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV3-73 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where IGHV3-73 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
