Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGHV3-72 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 156 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IGHV3-72-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP21-1, RPS29P15, and LRRC7-AS1. Each is linked with IGHV3-72 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-72-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-72 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV3-72→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV3-72) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
