Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IGHV3-7 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IGHV3-7 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher IGHV3-7 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV3-7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and OV show a favorable association.

UCEC, HNSC, and OV are the cancer types where IGHV3-7 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
