IGHV3-7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IGHV3-7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,416 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGHV3-7-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR7A2, MTHFR, and SLC66A1. Each is linked with IGHV3-7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGHV3-7-to-partner and partner-to-IGHV3-7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGHV3-7→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGHV3-7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
