The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher IGHV3-66 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV3-66 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and SKCM are the cancer types where IGHV3-66 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
