The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher IGHV3-48 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV3-48 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.
LUAD, CCRCC, and GBM are the cancer types where IGHV3-48 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
