The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher IGHV3-16 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IGHV3-16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD are the cancer types where IGHV3-16 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
